Michael Palumbo

Michael was born in Paris, France and is fluent in French. He was raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and finished his education in Santa Barbara majoring in History. After working seven years in the computer industry he entered the real estate profession in 1976. Michael is a 2nd generation realtor.

His knowledge of the area's geography, statistics, education and cultural activities as well as the fact that he has traveled extensively make him very savvy as a real estate agent. Michael sells property throughout the Santa Barbara area and has made many friends and associates in the trades to assist in every facet of a real estate transaction. He enjoys hiking, traveling and cooking a gourmet dinner for his many friends and family.

Jeanne Palumbo

Jeanne's motto that no one is a stranger exemplifies her outgoing nature and welcoming attitude. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jeanne moved to Santa Barbara in 1974 to open a yoga studio. After teaching yoga at her studio and the YMCA, she passed her real estate exam and in 1978 began her career in home sales. Although she had been selling many other items, including L'Eggs pantyhose, she finally found her true vocation in making people's dreams come true in real estate.

Her strength is in her ability to negotiate in many situations and with different skills. With over 40 years in the real estate profession, her personal involvement turns clients into longtime friends. She has an excellent reputation in the community. She has a broad base of knowledge and sales experience in Carpinteria, Montecito, Summerland, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Lompoc, Solvang and Santa Ynez. Her goal is to find the right home for her buyers and the right buyers for her listings. She is eternally optimistic and her enthusiasm radiates to others.
